How to book
Advance tickets for all events are available from the Worcester Live Box Office, which is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 10 an to 4pm on Sundays during the Festival. Tickets may also be available on the door of the relevant venue immediately before the start of each event.

Online
A selected number of seats for some events are available through www.ticketweb.co.uk. Please refer to the Worcester Live Box Office for further availability of seats or alternative seating options. Please note that there may be additional booking or postage charges when booking online.
By Post
Write to: Worcester Live Box Office, Huntingdon Hall, CrownGate Worcester WR1 3LD. Please enclose a cheque for the correct amount (payable to ‘Worcester Live Ltd’) and remember to add £1.50 booking fee to your payment.
Reservations
Tickets can be held on reservation for up to 4 working days but must be paid for, in full, 4 days prior to the performance, Worcester Live reserves the right to release tickets for sale that are not paid for within these time limits.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque, payable to ‘Worcester Live Ltd’.
Booking Fee
For all transactions for tickets over £5 there will be a £1.50 booking fee, other than for bookings made in person.
Free Events
Although you might not need to pay for a ticket, for most free events there will be a limit on numbers, in which case you will need to reserve a place with the Box Office.
Ticket Exchange & Refunds
It is not possible to give refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of the Management. There is an administration charge of £1 per ticket exchanged.
Ticket Discounts
Where available, discounts apply to retired over 60s, students, children under 16, groups, people with disabilities and the unwaged. Eligibility for concessions should be advised at the time of booking and proof will be required.
Promoters
Worcester Live Ltd acts as a co-ordinator for events promoted by a variety of organisations. It cannot be held responsible for any of the events promoted by third parties. For further information, contact the Box Office.
