Today we spent the day at the Worcester Festival Tabletop Sale but not as customers, but as vendors! I am also an Etsy seller as well as Marketing Manager for the Festival.

It was another early start for us to come and set up ready for the doors to open at 10am. There were lots of different stalls there including handmade wax melts, greetings cards, crochet gifts, reusable bags, bric-a-brac and other amazing products.

It was a little quiet at times but this is the first time the Festival has ever hosted a tabletop sale and so it’s a learning curve for us. We are hoping that the one on the 30th August is fruitful too but we definitely have some food for thought for next year.

This was the first time I had ventured out to sell my items and I am so glad I did. Everyone was so lovely, customers and other vendors stopped and chatted as well as purchased things. It’s so nice to be out and about and to be able to tell people the story behind pieces I create and to share my enthusiasm for everything handmade.

Only one item added to today’s list, but it was lots of fun! Although after such a ridiculously busy week I think I need a lie down until we start again tomorrow!!
