Where? Perdiswell leisure Centre, Bilford Road, Worcester WR3 8DX (free parking available)

When? Every Thursday afternoon  1.30 – 2.30pm

Cost? Your first, taster session is FREE and £5 per session thereafter.

Age Limit? We are welcoming men and women over 50

Ability? Anyone is welcome regardless of ability or previous experience

What do I need to bring? We need you to bring suitable clothing including shoes, some water to keep hydrated and lots of enthusiasm!
