Please enter your information below for your event, you may add multiple dates to your event, if you are hosting different events during the Festival then please submit separate forms for each event. All events need to be submitted by the 19th May 2023 to ensure that they are in the physical copy of the event guide, if you submit an event after this date, it will be entered on our website but not in print.     Public Liability Insurance / Risk Assessments

    In order that the Festival can be enjoyed by all of its patrons, promoters, sponsors and artists, Worcester Festival Limited requires you to take full responsibility for Public Liability Insurance (min £5m cover), plus all relevant risk assessments.

    It is part of our Terms and Conditions that all Festival events must display the Worcester Festival logo on all publicity, literature and marketing. Download the Worcester Festival Logo.

  • In order to access all facilities, do any stairs or steps have to be negotiated?
