Wow! What a festival!

This year has been jam packed full of fun events and activities for the whole family to enjoy. There were hundreds of things to do and see including live music, art, face painting, tours, fossils, exhibitions and so much more! And to top it all off, we had a spectacular finale to the festival with the St Richard’s Hospice Fireworks! The atmosphere was fantastic; with live jazz music playing, friends and families laughing and chatting away until the display began, where all eyes were on the sky!

And what a display it was! Fifteen minutes of glistening colour lit up the night sky, raising more than £1,500 for the wonderful St Richard’s Hospice!

We would like to say a massive ‘Thank you!’ to everyone who helped make this year’s festival happen, we could not have done this with out you!

So that’s it for this year folks! It’s been great!

Now to start planning the next one…

See you in 2018!
